First Closet Professionals Are Certified
AUSTIN, TX - Nine closet professionals, among the first group of ACSP Registered Storage Designers, received their credentials tonight in a recognition program at the Association of Closet and Storage Professional's annual meeting.
Honored with a certificate of recognition and pin during this evening's event were Derek Holland, David Linda, Bill Wallace, Carol Carruth, Mike Carson, Denise Butchko and Dave Skinner. Not in attendance but also certified as Registered Storage Designers were Michael Anderson and Teri Magee.
The ACSP official certification program, launched at Closet Expo 2011 in Charlotte, NC, established three levels of designer credentials: Register Storage Designer, Certified Storage Designer, and Mster Storage Designer. Certification level, valid for two years before renewal, requires online testing, and anonymous evaluation by an assessment panel. Details of the program are at closets.org/certify.
