Welcome to the online Exhibitor Services Manual for the CLOSETS & HOME ORGANIZATION CONFERENCE & EXPO™, February 16-17, 2012 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, TX.
Within this site, you will find important show information and guidelines to ensure your successful participation. Be sure to submit your order forms by the deadlines indicated to take advantage of substantial savings offered by the official suppliers of the show.
George Fern Exposition & Event Services is the Official General Contractor for the 2012 Closets Expo. Click here to access the Online Exhibitor Manual. Fern will e-mail you a unique access code for your company's use.
Your company's exhibit listing will appear in the Online Expo Planner, the printed Directory of Exhibits distributed on site, and at Closets-Expo.com. Please submit/update your listing by January 6, 2012. Click here to submit your listing.
Click here to access Exhibitor Registration. Your log in password and ID code will be sent to you via email by E-touches, the official registration and lead retrieval contractor of the Closets Expo.
Lead Retrieval scanners are available for purchase to collect and store sales leads. The cost for a Lead Retrieval scanner is $150. Follow this link to order your Lead Retrieval scanner: https://www.etouches.com/choaustin11.
Be sure to make your hotel reservations. Discounted group room rates have been negotiated with the Hilton Austin, $159, and Courtyard Austin, $139. Both hotels are located near the Austin Convention Center. Click here to book your room.
